Our platform includes built-in security features to help protect your customers’ funds:


Instant Freeze/Unfreeze

If a card is misplaced, cardholders can temporarily freeze it via your app and easily unfreeze it once found.


Lost or Stolen Management

If a card is confirmed compromised, you can permanently mark it as “Lost” or “Stolen” to fully deactivate it and prevent further transactions.


3D Secure (3DS)

To reduce online fraud, we support 3D Secure authentication. Cardholders may be required to verify online transactions via OTP (SMS) or in-app approval.


PIN Protection

If an incorrect PIN is entered three consecutive times at an ATM or payment terminal, the card will be automatically blocked for security. The cardholder will need to contact your support team for identity verification before it can be unblocked.
