Can the Dispute Be Rejected?

Modified on Thu, 12 Mar at 7:51 AM

Yes. A dispute may be rejected if:

  • It was submitted after the allowed timeframe, please refer to our Dispute Process Timeframe page for further details.
  • The transaction was authorized and correctly processed, please refer to our Things to Check Before Raising Dispute page for further details.
  • There is insufficient supporting information.
  • If the dispute is rejected by the Merchant or Acquirer, you may challenge the dispute outcome by escalating it to Pre-Arbitration, provided you have strong and compelling evidence to support your claim.

If this happens, we will explain the reason clearly via the ticket you have raised.
