Yes. A dispute may be rejected if:
- It was submitted after the allowed timeframe, please refer to our Dispute Process Timeframe page for further details.
- The transaction was authorized and correctly processed, please refer to our Things to Check Before Raising Dispute page for further details.
- There is insufficient supporting information.
- If the dispute is rejected by the Merchant or Acquirer, you may challenge the dispute outcome by escalating it to Pre-Arbitration, provided you have strong and compelling evidence to support your claim.
If this happens, we will explain the reason clearly via the ticket you have raised.
