Arbitration Fee

If a dispute escalates to the arbitration stage, the card network will review the case and make a final binding decision based on the submitted evidence and network rules.

The party that loses the arbitration case will be required to:

• Pay the disputed transaction amount; and
• Bear a 600 USD arbitration filing fee per transaction.
