What If I Lose the Dispute?

  • The cardholder is not refunded (or any provisional credit is reversed).
  • Any applicable dispute or arbitration fees are borne by the Cardholder/ Program Partner (depends on the Program Partner internal policy).
  • The dispute case is closed and cannot be appealed further, unless Arbitration has not yet been initiated.
  • If the dispute is lost at Arbitration, the losing party will be charged an arbitration fee of USD 600.
