Disputes must be submitted within the following time limits from the transaction date:
- Allocation Disputes (Fraud & Authorization):
- Fraud Dispute: 120 days from the date of the disputed transaction.
- Authorization Dispute: 75 days from the date of the disputed transaction.
- Collaboration Disputes (Processing & Consumer):
- Processing Dispute: 75 days from the date of the disputed transaction.
- Consumer Dispute: 60 days from the date of the disputed transaction.

- Pre-Arbitration: 30 days
- Pre-Arbitration Response: 30 days
- Arbitration Response: 10 days
Collaboration Disputes (Processing & Consumer)
- Dispute Response: 30 days
- Pre-Arbitration: 30 days

- Arbitration Response: 10 days
Failure to respond within the specified timelines may result in automatic loss of the dispute.
