Disputes must be submitted within the following time limits from the transaction date:

• Allocation Disputes (Fraud & Authorization): 120 days
• Collaboration Disputes (Processing & Consumer): 60 days

Failure to respond within the specified timelines may result in automatic loss of the dispute.
