Self-Serve RFI Dashboard

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 5:30 PM

What's New?

You now have a dedicated RFI Management section in your StraitsX Business Dashboard. Manage your Request for Information (RFI) cases directly — no more email back-and-forth with our operations team.

Previously, resolving RFIs required email coordination with our operations team — slow, untracked, and easy to miss. The new dashboard gives your team a centralized place, full visibility, and control over RFI cases.
